The Management of the DSGS believes that effective governance is the key to providing quality education. In order to meet this aim the staff contributes towards academic and non academic activities of the institute. This empowerment propels the staff to provide every student a high quality learning experience. The Institute offers 2 Years Full Time program of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) , as their flagship program. The PGDM of DSGS is approved by AICTE and the Government of Maharashtra, Department of Technical Education. PGDM provides students the same four functional areas with an add – on feature of this program is that, its specialisation tracks are regularly orchestrated with the ever changing needs of the industries. Apart from the above mentioned courses DSGS runs some of the short term courses, Management Development Program (MDP) & Faculty Development Program (FDP).
