Among the top CAT accepting colleges are 21 IIMs and other top CAT MBA colleges in Non-IIM category, like FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, IIFT Delhi, SPJIMR Mumbai, SJMSoM IIT Mumbai, DoMS IIT Delhi among others. This year IIM Calcutta is conducting CAT 2024 Exam on November 24, 2024. Top CAT 2024 Accepting Colleges Admission 2025 Activity: Timelines
- CAT 2024 Exam expected date is November 24, 2024
- Admission 2025 in IIMs to open in August and will Close on September 15, 2024
- Expected CAT Result date is Last week of December 2024 or First week of January 2025
- Immediately after CAT result declaration, all the top MBA colleges accepting CAT score for admission 2025 will release their shortlists for PI Round
- Shortlists will be based on CAT exam score and percentile.
- IIMs and few B-schools like FMS consider sectional as well as overall CAT percentile cut offs

IIMs are the foremost among the MBA colleges accepting CAT score. CAT exam is conducted by IIMs and is their only entrance exam for MBA admission. There are 21 IIMs at present and all the IIMs will accept only CAT 2024 score for admission 2025. All the IIMs have their sectional and overall CAT score cut offs which go in the range of 90 to 99 percentile. The admission process 2025 in all the 21 IIMs opens from August first week with the start of CAT registration process and the last date to apply for admission is the last date of CAT exam registration.
